I have experience of working with young people and adults on a variety of settings, from schools to hospitals and GP surgeries. I worked both on statutory (NHS) and charitable organizations.
My knowledge and experience covers a wide range of problems, ranging from mild anxiety and depression or relationship problems to severe and enduring mental health issues.
I have my own practice and I also work within the NHS as part of the South Essex Trust – working as a Lead Counsellor within the drug and alcohol services, where I see clients with complex clinical needs. I have extensive experience of working with addictions.
Additionally, I spend ½ day per week working as an Honorary Psychotherapist within the Psychotherapy and Art Psychotherapy Department of the same trust.
