Psychotherapy is a space where you can be yourself. It is a space to find who you are and to clarify conflicts and confusion. Judgements or moral values are left behind so that you can freely explore the reasons of your distress.

We would usually meet weekly for 50 minutes for as long as necessary; it can range from just one session to several sessions lasting from a few months to a few years.

It depends on the nature of the problem and how deep you want to explore, understand and expand your knowledge of yourself and the reasons that brought you to therapy.

I will always work around your needs. It is your time.

You may consider coming to therapy if you are experiencing any of the problems bellow:
